SERVICE DISCLAIMER

All fees exchanged with House Altera After Dark are compensation solely for reserved appointment time and the lawful personal services expressly identified at the time of booking. These services may include companionship, coaching, education, guided experiential practices, embodiment and sensory exploration, and other lawful services consistent with the nature of the selected experience.

No portion of any session fee constitutes payment for sexual activity. Sexual activity is not offered for sale, contracted for, requested as consideration for payment, promised, required, or guaranteed as part of any appointment. House Altera After Dark does not offer prostitution, and no fee will knowingly be accepted in exchange for any unlawful activity.

Any personal interaction between consenting adults that is not part of the contracted service is independent of the session fee and exists solely as a matter of mutual, voluntary choice and personal preference. Payment does not purchase consent, create entitlement to another person’s body, or obligate any participant to engage in any particular activity. Consent is specific, ongoing, and revocable at any time, regardless of payment, booking, prior discussion, or previous participation.

All participants must be consenting adults of legal age. House Altera After Dark and its practitioners retain complete discretion regarding personal and professional boundaries and reserve the right to decline a booking, refuse any requested activity, modify an experience when necessary, or terminate an appointment at any time for reasons including consent, safety, boundaries, inappropriate conduct, or compliance with applicable law.

CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session fee.

Cancellation fees are compensation for reserved appointment time and are due promptly through an approved payment method. Failure to satisfy an outstanding cancellation fee may result in the refusal of future appointments.

By requesting, scheduling, or paying for an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable booking, cancellation, and service policies of House Altera After Dark.

HOUSE POLICIES

All appointments are also subject to the current House Altera House Policies, including policies regarding consent, sobriety, hygiene, safety, communication, discretion, and professional boundaries. By requesting or attending an experience, you agree to comply with those policies.
