Inside the House

House Policies

How we conduct ourselves inside House Altera. Consent, sobriety, hygiene, discretion, and the practical container for an experience.

Consent

Everything within House Altera exists inside negotiated consent.

Consent is discussed before the experience begins and continues throughout it.

Agreeing to one activity does not imply agreement to another. Participating in surrender, restraint, domination, roleplay, or power exchange does not mean surrendering your actual agency.

Your boundaries remain yours.

You may ask to slow down, change intensity, pause, remove an activity, or stop the experience at any time.

Safewords, direct verbal communication, or nonverbal signals may be established depending on the experience. If an experience involves resistance play, restraint, command, sensory limitation, teasing, consensual helplessness, or another dynamic where ordinary communication may become less straightforward, stopping mechanisms will be discussed beforehand.

Consent applies to both of us.

I maintain my own boundaries throughout every experience and may modify or stop an activity when necessary.

A request is never a guarantee.

Surrender may be part of the experience.

Consent always remains underneath it.

Sobriety

Arrive sober and capable of communicating clearly.

Alcohol, cannabis, recreational drugs, or other substances that meaningfully affect judgment, sensation, awareness, communication, or the ability to consent are not compatible with a House Altera experience.

I conduct sessions sober as well.

If you arrive visibly impaired or otherwise unable to participate safely and knowingly, the experience will not proceed and the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

Clear consent requires a clear mind.

Hygiene

Please arrive freshly showered with clean skin, hands, nails, and good general hygiene.

Good oral hygiene is also expected when relevant to the planned experience.

Avoid excessive fragrance or strongly scented body products.

Please disclose contagious illness, unexplained rashes, active skin infections, open wounds, or anything else that may make close physical contact inappropriate.

If a particular experience requires additional grooming or preparation, you will receive instructions beforehand.

Equipment, surfaces, textiles, and reusable implements are cleaned according to their use, and appropriate sanitation or barrier practices are used where relevant.

Cleanliness is part of the container we create for one another.

Discretion

Your privacy matters.

Information submitted through screening or booking is collected for safety, compatibility, communication, and appointment purposes.

It is not treated as entertainment, shared casually, or used to publicly identify you.

Photography, video, audio recording, testimonials, or identifiable documentation will not be created or published without separate permission.

You are expected to extend the same discretion to House Altera and to anything you may encounter within its private spaces.

Confidentiality is respected within the limits of applicable law and legitimate safety obligations.

What happens inside the House deserves discretion outside of it.

Communication

Use the House Altera inquiry form or designated business communication channel for appointment related contact.

Initial communication should be respectful and reasonably concise.

You do not need to send explicit photographs or graphic descriptions in order to be considered.

Once your inquiry has been reviewed, I will ask for whatever additional information is actually useful.

Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response.

Repeated messages do not accelerate screening or booking.

Once an appointment has been confirmed, use the designated communication channel for important scheduling updates or changes.

Thoughtful communication is welcomed.

Constant access is not part of a booking unless specifically arranged.

Time & Reservations

Please arrive at the time provided in your confirmation. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled experience.

Reservation, cancellation, rescheduling, and payment requirements are governed by the Terms and Policies.

Health & Safety

Some House Altera experiences may involve physical exertion, prolonged positioning, restraint, impact, sensory stimulation, emotional intensity, altered states of relaxation or arousal, or other physically demanding experiences.

You are responsible for disclosing information that could materially affect your ability to participate safely.

Relevant information might include recent injuries or surgeries, mobility limitations, allergies, fainting or seizure history, cardiovascular concerns, medications that affect bleeding or sensation, implanted medical devices, pregnancy, significant sensory sensitivities, or other circumstances related to the activities being considered.

You are not expected to disclose unrelated medical history.

Activities may be adapted, limited, postponed, or declined when there is a reasonable safety concern.

House Altera does not diagnose medical or psychological conditions and cannot determine whether an experience is medically appropriate for you.

When appropriate, you may be asked to consult your own licensed healthcare provider before participating.

No experience is worth overriding your body.

Professional Boundaries

House Altera offers adult experiences for consenting adults.

Experiences may explore eroticism, embodiment, sensation, kink, power, surrender, vulnerability, ritual, fantasy, pleasure, or personal discovery.

House Altera is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a promise of healing.

Words such as transformation, exploration, surrender, awakening, or evolution describe the experiential philosophy of House Altera. They are not guarantees of psychological, medical, or therapeutic outcomes.

Payment reserves professional time, preparation, attention, space, and the agreed experience framework.

It does not purchase unlimited access to me, create entitlement to my body, or guarantee any particular activity.

I retain my own physical, emotional, professional, and personal boundaries throughout every experience.

Pressure, hostility, bargaining around established limits, deliberate boundary testing, aggressive behavior, unsafe conduct, intoxication, or attempts to introduce unnegotiated activity may end an appointment immediately.

Requests are welcome.

Entitlement is not.

Respect is reciprocal.

Before You Request an Experience

You do not need to arrive certain.

You do need to arrive honest.

Tell me what interests you.

Tell me what makes you nervous.

Tell me what you know you do not want.

Tell me what you hope to feel.

From there, we can determine whether House Altera is the right place for what you are seeking.

Enter curious.

Explore responsibly.

Leave knowing yourself differently.
